Currently, Classical pianist Kimball Gallagher's International 88-Concert Tour is reviving the salon culture through 88 unique performances in a variety of intimate venues. The tour is set to gain more momentum through the 2011-2012 Season, culminating in a 2013 Celebration Concert at Carnegie Hall in New York City. Recent concert venues include the Afghanistan National Institute of Music in Kabul, home of actress Uma Thurman in New York, Nicola Bulgari in Tuscany, and performances in Shanghai, Taipai, Mongolia, Hanoi, Bangkok, France, Germany, Italy, Tunisia, and Turkey as well as homes throughout the United States.

Each concert opens an unparalleled forum for dialogue between artist and listener, enabling audiences to assume an even greater role in the live performance experience. Gallagher's concerts allow audiences to experience intimacy with music's beauty, emotion and inspiration, all while being surrounded by the warmth and familiarity of friends, family, and colleagues. As a gift, each concert host receives a personalized piano work written for them using a compositional system to spell out musical notes to match their names. The world-premiere is given at the event for which the work was expressly written.

This Fall kicks off a tour of Europe, North Africa, and Asia as well as concerts throughout the US.
